For Permanent Placement:

  1. Role Brief: We meet to define the role, skills, culture fit, and salary band.

  2. Search: We actively source candidates beyond job boards, including passive talent.

  3. Vetting and Shortlist: Behavioural, technical, and cultural assessment. You receive 3 to 5 candidates.

  4. You Choose: Interviews, decision, offer. We support the process throughout.

  5. Day 30: Your hire settles in. The second instalment is only due once they do.

For Sourcing Only:

  1. Role Brief: We define requirements and must haves.

  2. Search: Active sourcing of high-intent candidates within 7 business days.

  3. Shortlist Delivery: 3 to 5 fully vetted, ready-to-interview candidates in your inbox.

We only win when you win.

We split the fee into two payments so the risk is shared - not dumped on you upfront. It's our commitment that we'll keep searching until the fit is right.

  • 50% on Engagement - Paid when you engage PulsePoint to begin the search. That's our commitment to work.

  • 50% at Day 30 - Only after your new hire has successfully completed their first 30 days in the role.

No Fit? No Balance - If they don't work out within 30 days, you don't pay the second instalment.
